WHEN RECRUITER'S CHEAT - TWO AGENTS CUNNING PLAN

      DRAPER UT 10/19/2017 - If you want to chat on the phone all day with a buddy and get credit for doing your job I found a couple of guys that can hook you up.  They worked for a staffing and recruiting office where they were required to spend a certain amount of time on the telephone each day.  Apparently the joy of self-esteem and hard work was lost on these two.  They figured out that they could take turns calling each other and they both would get credit at the end of the day for the phone usage. The boss would walk by and see them both busily talking on the telephone.  While their daily call stats appeared normal, their sales numbers were dropping off.
  
     Smelling a rat the boss called me one day and asked me to investigate.  We ran a Frequently Called Number report for both individuals and discovered their cunning plan.

If you are managing a Staffing/Recruiting office, or any call center for that matter, here are some standard reports that you should be running weekly.
     Maybe you are lucky and work in an office where everyone works hard and nobody cheats.  If you're not so lucky, you should probably come up with your own cunning plan to resolve that.

My Theory of Everything

MY THEORY OF EVERYTHING      One of my favorite authors and speakers is a man named Michio Kaku.  He is an astrophysicist that often speaks on a unifying theory of physics commonly referred to as The Theory of Everything.   While advanced theories of physics are far beyond me he is able to describe complex concepts of physics in terms that I can understand.    While learning about physics is enjoyable for me,  I understand that I will never be able to contribute to this body of knowledge.   While thinking about this the other day it dawned on me that I have my own unifying theory of life.  My theory doesn’t simplify the competing theories in advanced theoretical physics,  but it does simplify being a Dad.
